Original%20Image%20by%20Hasbro%2C%201982.%0A%0AThis%20album%20will%20showcase%20both%20carded%20and%20loose%20and%20figures%20in%20my%20collection%20released%20under%20the%2025th%20Anniversary%20banner%20and%20any%20Collectors%27%20Club%20figures.%20Most%20of%20the%20Collectors%27%20Club%20figures%20were%20released%20on%20a%20vintage%20styled%20card%20so%20I%20include%20them%20here.%20As%20of%20now%20I%27m%20not%20sure%20I%20want%20to%20include%20later%20lines%20in%20this%20album.%20%20%20%0A%0AThis%20album%20is%20long%20overdue.%20I%u2019d%20be%20lying%20if%20I%20said%20I%20wasn%u2019t%20avoiding%20this.%20Unlike%20my%20many%20other%20collections%2C%20my%20beloved%20Joe%20collection%20took%20some%20hits%20over%20the%20years.%20It%20is%20still%20a%20bit%20of%20a%20sore%20spot%20to%20this%20day.%0A%0AG.I.%20Joe%20has%20always%20been%20my%20favorite%20toy%20line%20and%20comic%20title.%20If%20the%20X-Men%20had%20a%20toy%20line%20in%20the%2080s%2C%20aside%20from%20the%20two%20Secret%20Wars%20Mutants%2C%20they%20might%20have%20given%20Joe%20a%20run%20for%20its%20money.%20I%20loved%20Joes%20so%20much%20that%20as%20an%20adult%20I%u2019d%20have%20occasional%20reoccurring%20dreams%20of%20finding%20new%20Joes%20at%20Toys%20R%20Us.%20That%20feeling%20will%20never%20leave%20me.%20One%20day%20while%20at%20Toys%20R%20Us%20with%20my%20family%20in%202007%2C%20it%20actually%20happened.%20I%20grabbed%20all%20of%20the%20figures%20on%20the%20pegs%20that%20day%20and%20never%20looked%20back.%0A%20%0AWith%20a%20resurgence%20of%20anniversary%20toy%20lines%20that%20sprung%20up%20in%20the%202000s%20my%20toy%20collecting%20branched%20out%20into%20other%20big%2080s%20properties.%20The%20hobby%20began%20to%20stretch%20my%20expendable%20cash%20to%20thin.%20I%20was%20happy%20to%20work%2070%20hours%20a%20week/7%20days%20a%20week%20to%20keep%20up%20with%20the%20collections%20but%20eventually%20that%20overtime%20dried%20up.%20While%20my%20livelihood%20and%20adult%20responsibilities%20were%20never%20threatened%20I%20found%20myself%20having%20to%20sell%20some%20toys%20to%20pay%20off%20some%20charges%20that%20I%20made%20for%20other%20toys.%20For%20most%20of%20my%20collections%20I%20have%20set%20parameters%2C%20for%20GI%20Joe%20I%20had%20none.%20I%20was%20in%20for%20a%20penny%2C%20in%20for%20a%20pound.%20Because%20of%20this%20Joe%20was%20the%20first%20to%20get%20sacrificed.%20I%20had%20accrued%20more%20Joes%20than%20ever%20existed%20during%20my%20childhood.%20I%20only%20wish%20I%20had%20this%20Flickr%20account%20before%20I%20sold%20so%20many%20Convention%20and%20Collectors%27%20Club%20exclusives.%20It%20would%20have%20been%20nice%20to%20have%20the%20photos%20to%20remember%20them%20by.%0A%0AI%20have%20since%20realigned%20my%20Joe%20collection%20to%20that%20of%20my%20other%20lines.%20If%20it%u2019s%20not%20a%20character%20that%20existed%20during%20my%20childhood%2C%20I%20don%u2019t%20need%20it.%20If%20it%20looks%20amazing%20I%u2019ll%20grab%20it%20or%20keep%20it%20but%20don%u2019t%20need%20it.%20%20I%20do%20have%20a%20bunch%20of%20figures%20to%20repurchase%20in%20order%20to%20complete%20the%20original%20A%20Real%20American%20Hero%20Joe%20line%20up.%20That%20is%2C%20if%20I%20want%20to.%20I%20had%20been%20a%20teenager%20for%20the%20last%20few%20years%20of%20the%20original%20Joe%20run%20and%20I%u2019m%20not%20sure%20that%20I%20need%20them%20all.%0A%0AUp%20until%20the%202014%20Echo%20Warriors%20Joe%20Con%20boxed%20set%20I%20had%20all%20of%20the%20exclusive%20and%20retail%20non%20O%20Ring%20figures%20from%202007%20on%2C%20%28except%20Piper%20who%20I%27m%20not%20sure%20qualifies%20as%20a%20part%20of%20the%2025th%20era%29%20and%20most%20of%20vehicles.%20I%20had%20all%20of%20the%20desired%20vehicles%20and%20passed%20on%20some%20rather%20ones.%20The%202014%20Con%20Set%20was%20the%20first%20set%20that%20I%20passed%20on.%20I%20started%20selling%20off%20some%20items%20later%20that%20year.%20%0A%0ABelow%20is%20a%20list%20of%20the%20figures%20that%20I%20sold%20off.%20Thankfully%20I%20do%20have%20all%20of%20the%20Collectors%27%20Club%20membership%20figures%20and%20most%20of%20the%20Subscription%20figures%20loose.%20The%20figures%20that%20I%20sold%20off%20are%20listed%20below.%20%20%0A%0AMIA%0A%0A25th%20Anniversary%3B%0ASnake%20Eyes%20with%20black%20Timber%20variant%20MoC%0AYellow%20Stalker%20variant%20MoC%0AShipwreck%20no%20tattoo%20variant%20MoC%0A%0ASDCC%20Figures%3B%0A2007%20SDCC%20Destro%20silver%20head%20MoC%0A2007%20SDCC%20Destro%20gold%20head%20MoC%20%0A2008%20SDCC%20Cobra%20Commander%20black%20suit%20MoC%0A2010%20SDCC%20Sgt.%20Slaughter%20Triple%20T%20variant%20MoC%0A2011%20SDCC%20Zaranda%20Cold%20Slither%20variant%20MoC%0A2012%20SDCC%20Jinx%20alt%20MoC%0A%0AJoe%20Con%20Exclusives%3B%0A2009%3B%20Blades%2C%20Sgt.%20Redmack%2C%20Sgt.%20Shimik%2C%20and%20Sgt.%20Topson%20three%20pack%2C%20Sgt.%20Manleh%20and%20Star%20Duster%20two%20pack%2C%20and%20the%20Crimson%20Strike%20Team%20box%20set.%20%0A%0A2011%3B%20Mickey%20Mouse%20Cobra%20Commander%2C%20Tele-Viper
