Been%20sitting%20on%20some%20photos%20from%20July%20when%20our%20skies%20were%20graced%20with%20Comet%20Neowise.%0A%0AThis%20photo%20was%20taken%20on%20July%2014th%20from%20the%20Jose%20Rizal%20Bridge%20over%20the%20I-5/I-90%20interchange%20in%20Seattle.%0A%0AIt%20is%20a%20slight%20composite.%20The%20skyline%20and%20lower%20sky%20image%20was%20taken%20right%20after%20sunset%3B%20the%20dark%20top%20half%20of%20the%20image%20was%20the%20same%20composition%2C%20but%20about%2020%20mins%20later%20when%20the%20sky%20had%20darkened%20to%20reveal%20the%20comet%20more%20clearly.%20To%20reduce%20noise%20and%20bring%20out%20more%20detail%2C%20I%20stacked%2017%20frames%20with%20Deep%20Sky%20Stacker.%0A%0AHappy%20new%20year%2C%20all%21
