I%20am%20adding%20the%20description%20that%20I%20wrote%20under%20a%20different%2C%20previously%20posted%20image%20taken%20on%20the%20same%20walk.%0A%0A%26quot%3BThree%20days%20ago%2C%20on%2017%20August%202016%2C%20I%20drove%20my%20painfully%20noisy%20vehicle%20for%20just%20a%20very%20short%20distance%2C%20as%20far%20as%20a%20local%20park.%20%20Each%20year%2C%20I%20tend%20to%20visit%20the%20area%20to%20look%20for%20any%20mushrooms%2C%20and%20I%20knew%20that%20I%20just%20couldn%27t%20miss%20a%20quick%20visit.%20%20Found%20a%20few%20fungi%20to%20photograph%2C%20so%20I%20was%20happy.%20%20Then%20I%20remembered%20that%20I%20had%20found%20mushrooms%20in%20a%20different%20part%20of%20the%20park%20in%20other%20years%2C%20so%20yesterday%2C%20I%20risked%20an%20even%20shorter%20drive%20to%20see%20what%20I%20could%20find.%20%20Everywhere%20was%20very%20dry%20and%20I%20saw%20quite%20a%20few%20shrivelled%20fungi.%20%20Luckily%2C%20I%20came%20across%20a%20few%20that%20were%20fresher%20and%20worth%20photographing.%20%20So%20dark%20in%20the%20forest%20and%20many%20photos%20were%20not%20as%20sharp%20as%20I%20would%20have%20liked%2C%20including%20this%20mushroom%20growing%20on%20a%20tree%20trunk.%20%20I%20tried%20so%20hard%20to%20get%20a%20sharp%20photo%2C%20but%20this%20was%20the%20best%20that%20I%20got.%20%20%0A%0AAt%20the%20end%20of%20my%20walk%2C%20I%20sat%20at%20a%20picnic%20table%20near%20the%20parking%20lot%20and%20kept%20an%20eye%20on%20all%20the%20large%20holes%20in%20the%20ground%2C%20made%20by%20Richardson%27s%20Ground%20Squirrels.%20%20I%20was%20just%20about%20ready%20to%20give%20up%2C%20when%20I%20happened%20to%20look%20down%20close%20to%20my%20feet%20and%20there%20was%20one%20solitary%20%27Gopher%27%20three%20or%20four%20feet%20away%20from%20me.%20%20They%20are%20such%20fun%20to%20watch.%20%20Returned%20home%20without%20running%20into%20a%20Police%20car%2C%20which%20could%20very%20easily%20have%20pulled%20me%20over%20because%20of%20the%20dreadful%20noise%20my%20car%20is%20making.%20%20Today%2C%2020%20August%202016%2C%20is%20day%2012%20since%20ordering%20my%20new%20car%20....%20sigh.%26quot%3B
