As%20part%20of%20an%20idea%20I%20have%20for%20a%20photo%20project%2C%20I%27m%20practicing%20keeping%20a%20journal%20every%20day.%20As%20I%20said%20in%20pic%20twenty%20four%2C%20I%20am%20having%20another%20go%20at%20trying%20to%20lose%20some%20weight%20and%20it%20turns%20out%20that%20keeping%20said%20journal%20is%20quite%20good%20at%20keeping%20me%20accountable%20in%20my%20weight%20loss%20journey%20too.%20It%27s%20surprisingly%20therapeutic%20spending%20five%20minutes%20or%20so%20just%20reflecting%20on%20the%20day%2C%20how%20it%27s%20going%2C%20what%20I%20am%20happy%20or%20not%20about%2C%20giving%20myself%20a%20needed%20slap%20on%20the%20wrist%20or%20pat%20on%20the%20back%21%20As%20the%20idea%20of%20this%20100x%20was%20to%20create%20a%20sort%20of%20photographic%20journal%20for%20the%20year%2C%20it%20would%20seem%20wrong%20not%20to%20include%20my%20new%20found%20liking%20of%20written%20journals%20in%20it.
